I am an artist and educator working primarily with cyanotype photography. My recent work focuses on toning processes that move away from the traditional bright blue, allowing images to become softer, quieter, and more ghostlike. I am interested in how images shift through process, and how meaning can live in subtle change, absence, and texture.

As someone with dyslexia, art became an essential way for me to think, learn, and communicate. Visual language offered clarity when written language felt limiting, and this experience continues to shape both my creative practice and my approach to teaching.

As an art teacher, I strive to create a supportive and inclusive environment where students feel safe to experiment and be themselves. I value hands-on learning, curiosity, and multiple ways of thinking, and I encourage students to trust their process, take risks, and develop confidence in their own creative voices.
